For families seeking a Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation, this service is offered on a private pay basis in collaboration with BCHOFL. Diagnostic evaluations are not billed to insurance or Medicaid through our office nor through the BHCOFL office. Families may choose to obtain a diagnostic evaluation from any licensed provider, including those who accept insurance or Medicaid. Obtaining an evaluation is voluntary and does not limit access to therapy services.

Many families prefer private pay evaluations due to faster scheduling, increased depth of reporting, and direct communication with the evaluating clinician. A written diagnostic report, supporting documentation, and clinical recommendations are provided upon completion. Copies can be sent to schools or physicians upon written authorization.
