Our Practice


Our experience enables us to offer effective individualized outpatient mental health and behavioral therapy, and psychological care. We treat a number of mental health and behavioral health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, and families.

Individual and Family Therapy


Mental Health therapy is a therapeutic intervention or counseling service provided by a license Mental Health Practitioners. These services address issues such as: Symptom/behavior management; Development of specific problem-solving skills and coping mechanisms; Development of adaptive behaviors and skills; The restoration, enhancement or maintenance of daily living skills and nutrition; Development of interpersonal skills; Management of resources; Cognitive issues; Development of skills necessary to access community resources and support systems

Group Therapy


Group therapy  is a comprehensive and dynamic program of support and opportunities for people with mental illness. It is a client-centered program for clients to enhance and support the process of recovery. The program focus is on the strengths and functioning of the individual. The philosophy of the program is that all individuals with persistent and severe mental illness have the capacity to learn, grow and recover. The goal of the program is to restore participants’ skills and abilities essential for independent living. 

Substance Abuse


The program provide group and individual based, non-residential, intensive, structured interventions consisting of counseling and education to improve symptoms that may significantly interfere with functioning in at least one life domain including familial, social, occupational, education, etc. Services are goal-oriented interactions with the individuals or in group/family settings. IOP provide 9 or more hours per week of multidisciplinary, multi-modal structured treatment, 3-5 times per week with groups of no more than 12 clients. IOP services may be provided in an office, clinic or other professional service environment.  

Psychiatric and Medication Management


Psychiatric services will include services such as: evaluation of the need for medication, clinical effectiveness and side effects of medication; Prescribing, dispensing and administering of psychiatric medication; Medication education; planning related to services delivery; evaluating the status of the individual’s community functioning.

Applied Behavior Analysis


Behavior analysis focuses on the principles that explain how learning takes place. Positive reinforcement is one such principle. When a behavior is followed by some sort of reward, the behavior is more likely to be repeated. Through decades of research, the field of behavior analysis has developed many techniques for increasing useful behaviors and reducing those that may cause harm or interfere with learning.

Telehealth Mental Health and Counseling

Telehealth counseling is the process of providing counseling, mental health services and therapy from distance through technology, using a secure videoconferencing device.

Telehealth ABA

Telebehavioral health consists of an applied behavior analyst working at a remote location, providing the same kind of evaluations and therapy they would in the office, but through live videoconferencing. 

Telebehavioral health serves as an alternative to in-person behavioral health services. Even for families that live in communities where ABA services are readily available, remote therapy sessions can be a very convenient way to maximize the frequency of therapy and augment the benefits of in-person sessions.

Our Telehealth ABA Program includes:

· Functional Behavior Assessment

· Behavior Plan with strategies to address specific behaviors

· Parent education and training

· ABA program implementation

· Supervision and monitoring of program

Service Delivery

Services take place at home. 


Parent/caregiver participation is required


Recommended hours are based on the results of the behavioral assessment and evidence-based research.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. 




Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.     



Behavioral therapy has been shown to be a very successful treatment for children with ADHD. It is especially beneficial as a co-treatment for children who take stimulant medications and may even allow you to reduce the dosage of the medication. 


Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

ABA is a type of therapy that is used to treat and improve certain behaviors, such as communication, social skills, poor academics and similar psychological disorders in children and adults. It can be conducted in different settings including home, school, clinic or the community.
